Absolutely. Every client receives a tailor-made plan based on their unique lab results, symptoms, and lifestyle. We don’t do one-size-fits-all!  Your nutrition, habits, and gut-support strategies are customized so you get real, lasting results.

All program fees are final and non-refundable. Before enrolling, clients acknowledge and agree to the program terms, including the no-refund policy. This ensures that we can dedicate our full-time, expertise, and resources to each participant, including personalized testing, analysis, and guidance.

That said, our programs are designed to be actionable and supportive. We provide step-by-step guidance, resources, and ongoing support to help you get the most out of your investment, so you can confidently apply what you learn and see real, lasting results.

The testing arrives at your door within 10 days of enrolling in the program. Instructions for how to complete the tests are in the program. The GI MAP is an at-home stool test. The omega 3 and vitamin D tests are done through a finger poke to obtain a drop of blood to place on a paper sample card. These are sent in with pre-paid and pre-addressed envelopes.  If added on, hair mineral testing requires a sample of un-dyed, new hair growth from the back of the head. If you have recently dyed your hair, you can wait 6 weeks into the program and complete this test last. 

No, this is not covered by health benefits. If you have coverage for a "nutritionist" or a health spending plan, I have had many clients have the program fees covered. Please check with your provider as I can not guarantee anything. 

Due to the personalized nature of this program and the time and resources invested in creating your roadmap, we do not offer refunds. We also order and ship your lab tests within 24 hours of you enrolling, which means it cannot be undone.  This ensures we can fully commit to giving each client the individualized support and guidance they need to succeed. Yes! Almost every happy gut client adds on Hair Trace Mineral testing (HTMA for short) to look at the mineral levels in the body that are responsible for energy, adrenal function, thyroid health, blood sugar balance and so much more.  

We do offer hormone testing, via the DUTCH test. It's not included in the program but can be added on anytime. Most women experience a significant improvement in hormone function in the program and don't end up requiring testing. If you would benefit from DUTCH testing, I'll let you know in our 1:1 visits together. 

No — this program is not a traditional nutrition or exercise program. 

While we do provide guidance on how to eat without dieting and restriction and offer simple strategies you can apply to your lifestyle, the program’s main focus is on functional testing, personalized insights, and actionable strategies to support your gut and overall health. We teach you how to stabilize blood sugar levels and how to keep meals balanced. 

This isn’t a generic program or a group program. It’s a roadmap built from 17 years of real-world experience, tailored to your unique gut, hormones, and lifestyle. With functional lab testing and a step-by-step plan, we fix your digestion, balance your hormones, boost energy, and restore confidence — no guesswork, no restrictive diets. You'll work 1:1 with an expert to guide you every step of the way through the initial visit, results visit and follow up. 

Ninu became a Registered Nurse 17 years ago, as a graduate of the University of Calgary.  She has worked in the ER, chemotherapy, a GI clinic as well as with adolescent mental health. Thereafter, she pivoted to preventative health, where she worked with thousands of patients across Canada as part of a team that helped individuals transform their health by addressing the root cause and preventing deeper health issues.   To expand her knowledge, she became a Certified Holistic Nutrition Consultant (CHNC) in 2012 and went on to become an Integrative Health Practitioner (2014) and Primal Health Coach (2016).

She opened her own practice (Women's High Vibe Health) in 2001 and has been specializing in gut and hormone health for women since then, seeing women across Canada. Her passion is helping women resolve the ROOT cause of symptoms, take back control of their health and understand the vital components of health so they can stay well, for life.
