When you join the Balanced Body Blueprint Membership as an annual member, you'll get a complimentary 30-minute 1:1 video consultation with me ($100 value) plus personalized recommendations to help you progress on your health journey. This will include tailor made strategies for you and your specific concerns to get you on the right track faster.
If you've been around for some time, you'll know I have a functional gut health program that is over $2500. This isn't accessible to every woman, so I decided to create a super useful place to provide critical teaching that everyone else can benefit from too. Over 12 months, we'll have addressed every major body system and you'll have completed "the blueprint" to a balanced body!
I understand circumstances change. There are no refunds for payments already processed. You can cancel your monthly membership at any time moving forward. If you need to cancel, you should do so at the end of a given month (as you'll already have paid for the current month) as access will end immediately upon canceling.
If you experience energy crashes, are tired of chasing new fads and want guidance and support with bite-sized strategies that can build upon each other month after month, then this is for you! If you've failed at making changes for your health in the past, it's likely because it was the wrong strategy, a temporary unsustainable fad or you hd no support to guide you through it.
